JOB DESCRIPTION:

SMSTS Site Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in refurbishment projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking site manager to join a project based in Wolverhampton.

This site manager contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday and the potential option to work overtime at the weekends.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a conversion of a old office block into apartments
  • Any other works as directed by the site team

Requirements for the role

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Experience working on refurbishment contracts
  • The ability to perform physical manual labour
  • Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
