Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager with SMSTS certification to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating office fit out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute office fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication channels.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment on-site.
Qualifications and Experience:
- SMSTS certification is essential.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in office fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
