Job Title: Site Manager - Internal Fit Out Project
Location: Welshpool, SY21
Position Type: Temporary, Ongoing
Start Date: 12th February
Salary Range: Circa £200 - £240 Per Day
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager with SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification and first aid qualification to join our team in Welshpool, SY21. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and oversee an internal fit-out project, bringing your expertise to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities for the internal fit-out project.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
Qualifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- First aid qualification.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, with a focus on internal fit-out or shop fit projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Available to start on the 12th February.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience managing internal fit-out or shop fit construction projects.
