From urban regeneration and commercial developments, through to cutting-edge laboratories and large-scale public sector facilities, we build and renew spaces for healing, learning, trading, protecting and discovering.

Kier Strategic Projects are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and collaborative Social Value Manager who will report into the Environmental Manager on the project.


Key Responsibilities

To be the dedicated Social Value Manager for a large scale complex MOJ project. The role involves working closely with other social value professionals, construction project teams and the supply chain.

As the Social Value Manager, you will manage, implement and coordinate the social value strategy and create Employment Skill Plans to meet framework and customer requirements. Developing and maintaining relationships with appropriate community, education and third sector bodies; working with site and office teams to raise the profile of social value and help organise and coordinate activities; managing collection, recording and reporting of all social value and related data and; liaison with colleagues locally (e.g. communications, proposals, business development) and wider within Kier to share information and best practice.


What do we need from you?

You will need experience delivering and driving social value as well as have experience related to the construction industry. Ability to collaborate with and build relationships with a range of stakeholders and experience of working with external partners.
