What you will be doing :-

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning
  • Assist with overseeing the day to day operations including efficiency and quality
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Assist in managing the inventory, ordering suppliers and controlling costs

What we are looking for :-

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume setting
  • Culinary degree or equivalent culinary education
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Creative approach to menu development
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulation
