A leading HVAC maintenance contractor currently has key requirements for a Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer to cover a Commercial Office Building in South West London. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, small plumbing repairs
As a Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be: -
- Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer will carry regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer will complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer will fault finding and repair on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer will be covering a site in South West London.
Requirements for the Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer: -
- Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer must have a minimum of Level 2 in either Mechanical or Electrical Qualification, ideally a level 3 is preferable
- Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer to have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer to have breakdown experience on all Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
- Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer to be a genuine commutable distance to South West London
Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer: - Up to £36k basic + Travel card zones 1-6 (reimbursed monthly through expenses) + Holiday + Benefits
