Static Maintenance Engineer


A leading FM company with contracts in Data Centres, high end offices, and other commercial buildings currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Mechanical or Electrical maintenance Engineer based in Canary Wharf paid £38K Basic dependant on experience.

As a Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be: -

  • Static Mechanical or Electrical maintenance Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on all electrical systems and assist with mechanical PPM's
  • Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be completing emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, BMS monitoring, ballast changes, small work installs, AHU and FCU maintenance, filter changes, tap changes, flusher repairs.
  • Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer will complete reactive electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance
  • Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be working within a team on site and in charge of water treatment across the site.
  • Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer will work mon-fri 7-4/8-5
  • Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be paid up to £38K dependant on experience + package and company benefits + 26 days holiday (34 in total)

Requirements for the Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer: -

  • Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer to have experience in PPM's across building plant
  • Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer must have an NVQ/ City Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as well as 18th edition or Level 3 Mechanical Engineering
  • Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience
  • Static Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be presentable and client facing
