Protocol are working on behalf of a leading training provider in order to recruit for a permanent full time STL Assessor/Trainer who will cover the Manchester area.



Role responsibilities
Responsible for working with work-based learners, delivering all aspects of the apprenticeship framework & standard's to successful completion of the qualification, through our ways of working and behaviours
You will work from home, managing your own diary and case load and visiting staff based at client sites at various locations
Coach all learners through their qualification, adhering to the standards of the apprenticeship program to ensure consistency and fairness throughout all assessment delivery techniques
Ensure all learners experience quality standards in line with Company and Ofsted guidelines
Maintain and enhance relationships with business support teams to support the delivery of the sector plan


The person & qualifications
Good level of IT Skills
Full driving licence
Qualified and able to deliver Functional Skills in English and Maths at level 2
Vocational qualification at a level to meet awarding organisation requirements and at least to level above being delivered in the relevant area
D32/D33 or A1 Award or TAQA
Teaching qualification
