Location: Sproughton, Ipswich
Contract: Permanent, part time 22.5 hours per week, working hours and days can be flexible. There will also be the requirement to increase your hours to cover holiday absences, all additional hours will be paid.
You will also be required to participate in the out of hours standby rota, currently 1 in every 4 weeks.
Responsibilities
Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and business connected.
In this role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance in the Kings Lynn store to be responsible for the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
Your day to day will include:
- Operating heavy plant and equipment & manual handling
- Ordering / issuing consumables
- Receipt, storage and dispatch of stock
- Daily plant, site and stock checks
- Maintenance and housekeeping of stores and site
This role of Stores Person would be great for you if you:
- Like to work as part of a small team in a varied and active job with the opportunity to work both inside and out
- Hold a full driving licence
- Are committed to providing excellent service
