Strategic Town Planner Job in Surrey
This is an opportunity to join a top 10 house builder who builds around 4,000 homes per year across the Midlands, South East including London.
This Town Planner position is to work within the strategic land division of the group based from their office in Surrey. You'll be working closely with other Planners and Strategic Land Managers identifying strategic land sites across the Midlands and South East.
Role & Responsibilities
- Securing suitable land opportunities
- Working closely with the planning, land buying and technical teams
- Assisting in legal agreements with land owners
- Keeping up to date with planning policy and local plan changes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree/Masters in Town Planning
- Chartered or working towards Chartership
- Experience with strategic land, either as a planner or land buyer
- Previous experience client side or working on behalf of the client.
What you get back
- £50,000 - £60,000
