Streetworks Co-Ordinator

- Full administration of Street Works Notices
- Processing and monitoring of Traffic Management Applications
- Attending and making a significant contribution at street works team meetings
- Supporting internal departments such as planning and depot teams with street work issues
- Creating defect inspection work orders on the Clients work management system and manage compliance related reports
- Front line contact for all local Councils, liaise with them on timing of notices, gain a great relationship with them
- Management of Renovations and Main Laying notices, deal with changes, early starts, extensions, reading of the programme to gain the information
- Customer Service system - speaking with customers, investigating problems, delegating to supervisors when needed
- Supporting and providing cover for admin duties
- Daily phone calls to site to help maintain good communication
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of Streetworks essential
- Office administration experience
- Knowledge and experience of the water industry would be advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in using MS Project
- Knowledge of New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and Traffic Management Act 2004 (desirable)
- Strong IT skills
- Organisational skills
- Delivering excellent Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
