We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, amongst other we are working on a BT Contract, and we're looking for Streetworks Coordinator to join our Telecoms team in Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities

The Streetworks Coordinator, sitting within the Operational Support section of the business, is responsible for facilitating the delivery of work by raising the required permits and notices with relevant third parties within SLA. The coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that all KPI's and SLA's are met to reduce fines, drive performance and improve relationships with L.A's

To be successful in this role you will need to be a good communicator and work with the operations teams to raise notice and permit requests within the required timeframes. Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders when permits are raised and in use, chase relevant stakeholders for updates and escalate if necessary and liaise with L.A's on various issues.

You will ensure all systems are updated in a timely manner with the correct information, run Jeopardy management reports, deliver performance to set Client KPIs/SLAs alongside any other reasonable request as determined by management.

What do we need from you?

You must have a good level of IT competency with knowledge of MS office packages and excellent attention to detail. Ideally you will have experience in an Operational Setting in the highways and/or utilities sectors and experience in street works permitting.
