Job Title: Streetworks Team Leader

Location: Lutterworth

Business Area: Kier Utilities- Western Power Distribution

Contract: Permanent- Full Time

Kier works as part of a framework for Western Power Distribution to ensure its customers have power in their homes, businesses, schools and hospitals. We are looking for a Streetworks Team Leader to join the team in Lutterworth to oversee the day-to-day management of the Streetworks team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the process of permits and notices to the local authority for the operational teams
  • Work closely with the Contract Support Manager on performance across all regions of the contract East, West & South West, providing daily, weekly and month end reports
  • Develop good relationships with the Streetworks team and the Client to ensure the smooth running of the Streetworks process
What do we need from you?

  • A full understanding of the NRSWA Act & Traffic Management Act
  • Experience of line management as you will be managing a large team
  • Good understanding of Streetworks compliance reports and implications from none compliance
