Structural Engineer
Central London W1
£38k-£48k
Do you want to engineer a better society? Are sustainability strategy, the race to net zero, developing better software tools, climate change and the built environment important factors to you?
Do you love architecturally led, complex and challenging design work? Do you really want to make a difference in a small but growing business?
The role would suit a structural engineer who would be keen to work for a small, boutique Central London design consultancy where individuals really make a difference.
The practice is small itself but is based within a larger office space with other consultancy firms who work within the built environment. They are a society with shared socials, CPD, sports clubs, meetings, lectures, lunches, etc. so you get the best of both worlds - working for a small firm but operating within a busy environment with shared facilities and expertise.
Even though they are a small practice they still offer an excellent salary coupled with a great benefits package. This includes exceptional bonus scheme, healthcare, flexible working, training costs, subs and exam fees paid, generous pension scheme, bonus and socials.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented team. The Directors are all Chartered and this company could really help drive your career forward and allow you to grow and develop with appropriate support in place. They offer excellent training for Chartership, exposure to a wide range of projects, often niche, bespoke designs in a variety of sectors. You will be involved in all aspects of projects. As well as talented designers, they are very people focussed and enjoy their time at work.
This role is aimed at a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of buildings design office experience and an excellent academic background.
