World renowned global design consultancy is seeking an innovative and ambitious Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer to lead their London structures division.

You will work on cutting-edge buildings projects across a variety of large infrastructure projects, across transport, defence, energy sectors. Projects are high-profile and often of national importance.
You must be experienced in design and design delivery of large projects, including multi-disciplinary schemes.

In this role you will:

  • Lead a team of 50+ top professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to ensure operating efficiencies
  • Create an awareness of technical and digital innovation
  • Take ownership of project performance
  • Foster collaboration across project teams
  • Work as part of the team winning work
  • Guide the team through technical and behavioural change necessitated by advances in information management, automation, intelligent systems and the NetZero carbon and sustainability agendas
  • Develop the people resources required to meet project requirements
