McGinley are looking for a Sub Agent in to work on large project in Bristol!
Description:
As a Sub Agent, you will be responsible for the management of civil/ Rail engineering and construction sites or assist the Site Agent and Project Manager, to achieve the required project delivery to the customer's objectives while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.
Job Details:
- Creating and maintaining project programme
- Maintain and manage progress of the project, supervise delivery of it
- Understand and Interpret drawings and specifications
- Weekly site meetings
- Stakeholder co-ordination and management to provide consistent and clear information specific to programme schedules
- Excellent knowledge of CDM regulations and NEC contact conditions
- Engineering and Management experience with excellent knowledge and skills in Civils, Rail, Geotech and earthworks.
- Planning and organising the works and managing sub-contractors
- Always comply with Company procedures and legal obligations, promoting best practice
- Oversee and ensure that all HSEQ-related documentation is kept up to date and briefed as necessary
- CSCS
- PTS
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering
