Protocol are working with a large FE Provider based in the heart of the home counties! The provider is extremely proud of the college, with over 3000 full time students in a full range of subject areas. Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join them on a temporary basis as a Success Caoch starting ASAP
Role responsibilities
Develops strategies/incentives to increase student achievement/success
Must be able to work alongside dedicated educators who believe that every student can and will achieve at high levels when expectations are set high.
Motivating students to excel in their subject area
The person & qualifications
Have a minimum of a L3 in a relevant subject / degree
Must have GCSE qualifications
Must be enthusiastic and inspiring to learners
Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or within 12 months (or be willing to apply for one)
