Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role you will be delivering and monitoring daily briefing, ensuring that they are tailored and specific to the works being undertaken, undertaking site audits and TM checks to access and ensure compliance as well as assisting with the delivery of contract inductions. You will also record variations, ensuring communication and approval before additional work is undertaken as well as managing resources to account for Training, leave, stand down and absences.
What are we looking for?
- To have a certificate in Site Safety Management (attended 5 day course) or SSSTS (2 day course)
- NRSWA Supervisor card
- Experience in Highways Maintenance at a supervisory level
