We're looking for a Schemes Supervisor to join our Highways team based in Easton Lane, to assist with the supervision of highway maintenance schemes across the Area 3 M&R Highways contract. Contract: Permanent Fulltime

Responsibilities

As a Scheme Supervisor, you'll be working within the team to ensure safe and effective delivery of Planned works to meet programme, quality and commercial expectations.

Your day to day will include:
  • Deliver and monitor Daily Briefings, ensuring that they are tailored and specific to the works being undertaken
  • Undertaking site audits and TM checks to assess and ensure compliance
  • Ensuring works are carried out to the correct design, specification and ITP's taking site records, measurements, photos & diaries etc
  • Create and/or review job packs to ensure sufficient and specific content for works
  • Effective organisation of plant and material deliveries to maximise delivery efficiencies
  • Providing excellent communication between site and Delivery Managers / Client / Communications Team
  • Engaging with and supporting the General Public to help minimise the impact of our works and improve the customer experience

Who are we looking for?

This role of Schemes Supervisor is great for you if have:
  • Experience in Highways Maintenance at a supervisory level
  • certificate in Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or Site Supervisors Site Training Scheme (SSSTS)
  • NRSWA Supervisor card
  • CSCS
  • Full UK driving licence
