If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a customer- centric and strong leader to join our IMR (Integrated Maintenance & Repair) Alliance as a Field Performance Supervisor. Our IMR Alliance is essential to us carrying out our commitments to our customers. Working in collaboration, the IMR Alliance compromises of Anglian Water, Kier and Clancy Docwra and we cover water and water infrastructure maintenance. This position will be hired through either Kier or Clancy Docwra working on Anglian Water contracts. Reporting directly to the IMR Area Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-today management, coaching and development of the operational repair teams. Not only will you demonstrate your excellent technical skills to inspire your team of Filed Support teams, you'll also showcase and install a customer- centric approach which will further increase our reputation and service levels. Key Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure day-to day work is carried out to the highest quality to reach 100% customer satisfaction
  • Proactively resolve escalated issues as efficiently as possible
  • Develop external and internal relationships promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Drive continuous improvements and development of people and processes
  • Manage, maintain and review Health & Safety norms as per current and new legislation
  • Maximise output by appropriately managing resources with budgets and time-frames in mind
  • Support the development of team members by challenging and exciting in equal measure
  • As our next Field Performance Supervisor, we are looking for you to have an understanding and experience of the Utility/ Construction environment with an IOSH qualification.
