We currently have a vacancy for Supervisor on the Area 4 contract reporting to the Assistant Maintenance Manager. In this exciting role you will be responsible for the supervision, planning, health and safety of site teams for Reactive, routine, minor works, schemes, ensuring works are delivered safely and on budget and to delivery target dates. The successful candidate will need to be available if required for winter service and Emergency OOH's and will be predominantly working nights.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role as a Supervisor you will need a certificate in Site Safety Management (attended 5-day course - SMSTS / SSSTS) and experience in Highways Maintenance at a supervisory level. Other relevant qualifications and experience include a valid UK driving licence, LGV licence and City and Guilds 6159, Winter maintenance service and knowledge of O Licence compliance.
