Location: Manchester - remote working available, with travel to the office
Contract: Permanent, Fulltime.
Salary: £25k - 30k
Responsibilities
As a Support Analyst, you'll work with other members of the Business Systems Team to implement improvement projects where new and/or enhanced software, configuration, or functionality can be deployed to reduce query volume and/or to increase user efficiency.
Your day to day will include:
- Manage user incidents and requests in a timely manner, ensuring either resolution or further expert assistance is sort promptly
- Deliver remote solutions and coaching to the user base. This may take the form of on-site meetings with users
- Work with third party providers in regard to system issues
This role of Support Analyst is great for you if are:
- Technically competent with good MS Office skills
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment while working to tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships with all levels
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
