Position: Support & Installation Electrician

The Job:

Are you a qualified electrician looking to join a fast-growing and dynamic working environment on daytime hours, Monday to Friday? We are looking for a confident and driven individual. Responsibilities:

  • Installation of EV Charger systems (smart, wall / pole mounted, DC/AC, commercial)
  • Troubleshooting of EV Chargers and communication systems
  • Interacting daily with clients and suppliers by phone, email and in person
  • Making sure that the work you conduct is always done on time and that all relevant paperwork is completed
  • Manage incoming materials, especially chargers
  • Training/supervision of sub-contractor electricians who install our solutions
  • Technical Support of EV Charging systems via phone, Teams, on-site inspection/fix and email
  • Communicating any issues and status updates to customers and internal functions on time
  • Delivering excellent customer service levels at all times alongside support from our team and manufacturers


Requirements:

  • Electrical installation experience is essential (min. 3-5 years)
  • Customer service and IT experience essential
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Work on own initiative, always strive for a solution
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible and reliable, a team player able and willing to learn and grow with the company
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive/affable personality with a can do attitude
  • Recognised Electrical Qualification
  • Category B driver's license
  • Valid Safe pass and Manual Handling certificates
  • Preferable Qualified Certifier
