Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled supported learning lecturer to deliver Plan and deliver high quality teaching on a range of courses within the curriculum area (vocational and non-vocational) in Richmond upon Thames.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about motivating and inspiring learners to promote achievement and develop their skills to enable progression, plan and deliver effective learning programmes for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and
inclusive environment, promote the benefits of technology and support learners in its use, address the mathematics and English needs of learners and work creatively to overcome individual barriers to learning, and enabling learners to share responsibility for their own learning and assessment, setting goals that stretch and challenge.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching, and have strong organizational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate adult learners.
This role is offering 24 hours per week and will run on a temporary basis.
Job title: Supported learning lecturer
Hours: Part-time 24 hours per week
Pay rate: up to £30 per hour plus holiday pay (depending on experience)
