We are working on a Sustainability Director level role at a Real Estate Development company based in London, mostly working on large residential projects in prime locations. This position will be the lead on Sustainability at the 150-person company and will have the opportunity to grown and drive sustainability across the business. They are part of a much larger global Real Estate development company.
About the Role:

Lead resource within the Communities and Sustainability teams.
Responsible for all Sustainability initiatives and will ensure as a company we keep abreast of any updates in requirements
Lead the effort to promote the sustainability vision for the project encompassing ESG and environmental principles
Development of the business case to address sustainability issues and ensure that they are included within the short and long term business plan.
Development and on-going evolution of a high-level strategy to support the company's long-term sustainability vision
Track sustainability performance and identify areas for innovation and key sustainability issues
Support teams across the business on sustainability strategy and implementation.
This role has a salary range of £90K - £120K depending on the candidates experience alongside a host of other benefits including 29 days leave and private health insurance. The role requires you to be in London 3/4 days per week at the office but with hybrid flexibility 1/2 days per week.
