I'm working on a London based Sustainability Executive role at an award winning international real estate developer. They are currently developing prime waterside residential projects in London and have a wider portfolio of developments across Greater London and the South East. This company prides itself on its core values of responsibility and contributing to society.
The Sustainability Executive will report to the Sustainability Director and be a central resource to develop, manage and deliver sustainability strategy across the business and projects. They are looking for people with 3 - 6 years' experience in sustainability within real estate/property either at a consultancy or in-house.
Further details on the role:
- Monitoring and reporting on organization and project carbon intensity
- Co-ordinating and delivering the organization and project net zero target
- Carrying out whole life carbon assessment and lead project specific certifications
- Leading on the delivery of other sustainability strategies including biodiversity/ecology, circular economy, waste and water management frameworks.
The salary offering is £50K - £65K with some upward flexibility depending on experience. This role has a hybrid working structure and requires office presence 3/4 days per week.
