This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sustainability Specialist or Sustainable Design Leader to join an expanding team, manage a diverse portfolio, enhance best practices, and champion innovative sustainable initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and assessment of various projects
  • Development of bespoke sustainability frameworks
  • Environmental and energy analytics
  • Health and well-being design strategies
  • Energy transfer studies
  • Material use analysis
  • Coordination of third-party certifications
  • GHG emission analysis
  • Sustainability assessments and benchmarking of building projects
  • Assist in the management of a regional team, supporting with a variety of projects
  • Oversee project management, workflows, staffing, and administrative tasks
  • Support with proposal development and management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of industry experience (architecture, design, or engineering)
  • Registered Architect is strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience of building environmental analysis methods and tools
  • Experience with sustainability assessments - LEED, WELL, Envision, and GBCI ratings
  • Previous involvement in project budgeting, team management and resource allocation.
