Location: Manchester, with flexible agile working
Business Area: Kier Infrastructure - Major Projects
Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
We are now recruiting for a Systems Analyst to act as a custodian of the Causeway system for projects/business area ensuring the ERP is ready and available for the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting Systems Analyst role, you'll work closely with the BU management team to determine requirements and identify potential ERP solutions and determine timeframes and project plans. You'll provide regular progress reports to the management team and monitor and amend the BU Causeway DoA to limit risk and ensure compliance. You'll monitor open transactions and actively close out any that are no longer required (GRNI, plant accruals, subcon liabilities).
What do we need from you?
A highly organised and proactive individual with good attention to detail. You'll have proven experience of Causeway software and experience of working with MS Packages. You'll have a customer focused approach and effective team working abilities. You'll also be effective at maintaining positive relationships at all levels and a good appreciation of Commercial and Financial Management controls.
