Job Title: Systems Trainer

We provide specialist teams and technology solutions to help plan, manage and improve our clients' workplaces. This provides our clients with access to solutions not readily available in their own organisations. It also enables our clients to focus on their core business, while Kier takes care of the rest.
Part of our core Construction division, our Kier Places teams are experts at working in occupied properties to deliver maintenance, compliance, fire safety and refurbishment services, and help build lasting local legacies in the communities we serve.
Job Responsibilities
In this Systems Trainer role, you will deliver process-driven training across our internal stakeholders through virtual and face-to-face classroom environment. You'll produce training material to aid the delivery of training using a variety of tools such as documentation, video content and e-learning platforms. You'll also monitor the effectiveness of training delivery to aid improvements and capture any issues or opportunities to enhance the long-term value of training.
What do we need from you?
A strong communicator, both written and verbal with previous experience within a Systems process-based Training position essential to the success of this role. The role will require a good understanding of current and new processes to deliver training materials aligned to the training objectives. You'll have a good understanding of process simplification and able to build effective and coherent training materials and courses within a Learning Management System. You'll also have experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premier, Camtasia or similar.
