You'll be the main person responsible for the system and vendor management of selected systems related to Portfolio and Project Management.
The role will cover, but is not limited to:
- Continuous vendor management
- Responsibility for the follow-up up of service requests, incidents, problems and change management
- Test management
- Assist in developing system road maps
- Training and Feedback
About you:
We are looking for a Systems Manager with experience as above with the essential skills to future-proof our business that includes :
- Experience within System & Vendor management
- Good business understanding
- Good knowledge about Portfolio and Project Management systems and processes
- Testing and Training experience
