Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will design and execute recruitment strategies across multiple regions, lead a dynamic hiring team, and ensure alignment with global standards. You'll champion innovation, inclusion, and operational excellence while shaping MRI's growing global workforce.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mid Shift, Weekends Off (Monday to Friday, Overlapping APAC and EMEA, 6:00 PM-3:00 AM PH Time)
Work setup: Onsite, transitioning to Hybrid (Ortigas, Megatower)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated progression into leadership roles
  • Previous experience leading and managing a team in a dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of regional talent markets, industry trends, and recruitment best practices
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and recruitment compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) preferred
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage performance, and drive results
  • A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience implementing DEI strategies in recruitment
  • Experience working with recruitment technologies; Workday experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred

Your Daily Tasks

Regional Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute a regional talent acquisition strategy that addresses immediate hiring needs and supports long-term pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of TA and other Regional TA Managers to align regional initiatives with global strategies while adapting to local nuances.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and tools to attract diverse, high-caliber talent within the region.
  • Provide insights into regional talent market dynamics, competitive practices, and industry benchmarks to strengthen recruitment strategies.

Elevating Recruitment Practices

  • Lead the enhancement of recruitment processes to ensure scalability and regional growth while maintaining alignment with global standards.
  • Identify and integrate advanced tools and methodologies to improve recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of Workday (ATS) and other systems that streamline recruitment processes.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and manage the regional recruitment team, fostering collaboration and a growth-oriented culture.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to promote continuous learning and professional development.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and monitor progress through defined metrics and KPIs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with regional business leaders, hiring managers, and the broader talent team to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Partner with regional leadership to provide insights on talent trends, market dynamics, and recruitment best practices.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives

  • Integrate DEI principles into the recruitment process to ensure fairness and inclusivity throughout the candidate journey.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and build an inclusive workforce that values different perspectives.
  • Collaborate with the Global TA Lead and DEI teams to strengthen and promote DEI initiatives across regional recruitment efforts.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership using Excel and other analytics tools.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize recruitment performance.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity within Workday and other recruitment systems.
  • Refine recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine employment regulations and internal policies.
