Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across global regions, manage candidate and stakeholder relationships, and enhance employer branding. You'll play a key role in building talent pipelines, driving continuous improvement, and creating exceptional hiring experiences worldwide.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mid Shift, Monday to Friday, Overlapping APAC and EMEA (6:00 PM-3:00 AM PH Time)
Work setup: Onsite, transitioning to Hybrid (Ortigas, Megatower)

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3-4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating success in proactive sourcing and strategic recruiting
- Proven success recruiting across diverse departments and functions
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple time zones and regions (NA, EMEA, APAC) while recruiting talent locally in the Philippines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential company and candidate information
- Familiarity with the ATS Workday platform
- Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment, using good judgment and discretion to achieve goals
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with third-party recruitment partners and managing contractor hiring
- Knowledge of regional employment laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across time zones with agility and professionalism
- Passion for candidate experience and continuous improvement
Your Daily Tasks
- Own the Process: Lead end-to-end recruitment across MRI business units
- Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional service to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive hiring experience
- Engage Talent: Build strong candidate pipelines and nurture relationships to enhance employer branding
- Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in Workday and ensure compliance with regional employment regulations
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to global TA initiatives, including process optimization, diversity hiring, and analytics
- Problem Solving & Initiative: Apply analytical skills, initiative, and sound judgment to achieve effective outcomes
