Job Title: Site Manager
Location: National Projects
Sector: Modular Construction
Salary: £40,000 + Van + Travel and Accommodation Expenses
- Are you an experienced modular construction site manager?
- Would you be interested in working with a large national employer?
You will take responsibility as the number one on site manager for large modular building projects across the UK, looking after one project at a time. As well as managing different sites you will also be attending their main head office and factory to be involved in meetings with senior members of the company, providing updates on the sites you will be leading.
With a vast amount of experience in the construction industry, you will also need experience in the modular build sector coming from preferably a modular manufacturer. You will need to be a good personnel manager with strong leadership skills. This is an exciting time to join this employer with plenty of huge jobs coming up around the country backed by significant investment.
Key Skills:
- Modular build experience, preferably working directly with a modular manufacturer
- An experienced personnel manager with excellent sub-contractor management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Must be able to stay away from home Monday - Friday
