Team Coordinator Job in Manchester

Team coordinator job for an Architectural Practice based in Central Manchester. The role will see you become a key part of the success of projects, providing support to the design teams.

Our client is an award-winning architecture and design firm with a team of almost 100 creatives working across a range of sectors including, residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and workplace. This position will see you join a design team of five, working on the roll-out of commercial projects for one of the company's largest and most well-known clients. They are now seeking a team coordinator to assist the commercial design team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Updating project trackers
  • Recording incoming and outgoing document issues
  • Instructing surveys
  • Organising travel, internal meetings, and social events
  • Occasional reception cover as required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel
  • Strong IT skills
  • Well organised with eye for detail.
