Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Team Lead in the Collections Department, where you'll guide and motivate a high-performing team to exceed targets, maintain compliance, and uphold integrity. You'll foster open communication, drive performance excellence, and ensure that every collection effort reflects accuracy, accountability, and outstanding customer experience.

Salary: PHP 60,000.00 - PHP 75,000.00 + PHP 20,000.00 incentives

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Team Leader
  • Proven background in a BPO environment
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills that influence and inspire
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make sound decisions in fast-paced settings
  • Highly organized, accountable, and solutions-oriented
  • A team player with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous leadership experience (an advantage)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
  • People-first attitude with strong work ethics

  • Foster a culture of open, honest, and transparent communication
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly targets
  • Serve as the main point of support for team challenges
  • Lead coaching sessions and conduct team meetings regularly
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, manage underperformance, and report on KPI metrics
  • Audit customer accounts to ensure accuracy in processing and task completion
