A well established community and stakeholder engagement consultancy working on some of the most significant and challenging sites in London need a Leader to manage a team of stakeholder professionals to deliver a mix of consultation and engagement projects for both public and private sector clients in the built environment.


Their project range from:

  • large scale urban regeneration,
  • estate regeneration,
  • neighbourhood plans,
  • placemaking cultural strategies,
  • town centre plans,
  • one off development sites
  • public realm projects.

You will be involved in schemes through the design decisionmaking process, holding public consultations and events.


You will sit within the management team and you role will be to:
? Manage a team of 10 professionals working across a range of large scale consultation projects, including resource and
budget management across the portfolio
? Client management
? Provide direction, support and strategic oversight on projects
? Input into business development
? Encourage creative, innovative consultation approaches
? Provide direction to project leaders in the development of consultation strategies and key deliverables such as workshops, public communications, and events


To be considered, you will need to have an in depth understanding of the planning process, RIBA stages of development, as well as keeping up to date on what is taking place in the UK development industry. If you are currently in a creative agency working with property clients, it would be greta to speak.
