    Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
  • IDR experience preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, IDR processes, and medical terminology
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerBI)
  • Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory provisions, including HIPAA laws

  • Analyze workflow reports to determine cases eligible for the IDR process
  • Identify trends by arbitrator or health plan
  • Detect system errors and prepare reports for leadership evaluation
  • Re-prioritize key tasks and provide updates to upper management
  • Collaborate with external vendors, including State Department of Insurance personnel and arbitrators, to resolve issues
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Maintain strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all internal and external interactions
  • Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Motivate and train employees to achieve high productivity standards
  • Develop strategies to help the team meet and exceed project goals
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project timelines are met
  • Manage daily operations to keep the team within KPI standards
  • Apply knowledge of medical terminology and insurance industry practices
