Working in Alliance with one of the leading water utility companies in the UK, this is an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join Kier Utilities, working on the Scottish Water Framework as part of the Repair & Maintenance workstream.
No day will be the same in this crucial role where most of your time will be spent site based and you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery teams and sub-contractors on site. This role will report to the Front-Line Manager and will require the effective utilisation of time and resources to meet delivery programmes. The Team Leader will be expected to carry out the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, quality and performance standards and ensuring all work meets required water industry regulations and Scottish Water approved standards.
You will need to be proactive in your approach as you oversee all the general site supervision, monitor performance and quality.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role you will need knowledge and experience in utility reinstatements, NRSWA certification, HGV entitlement, Emergency First Aid, Manual Handling and Abrasive wheels.
