We're looking for a Site Team Leader to join our Telecoms team for the South England area. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting major projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications, and even more.

Location: South England

Contract: Permanent, full time

Salary: £36k plus benefits

Responsibilities

As a Site Team Leader, you will be required to ensure that all works are completed to a high standard and within a timely and professional manner. Maintaining professional relationships with both internal and external customers at all times. Working in the highway and customer property including excavation, backfill, hot/cold-lay reinstatement, box building and duct laying along with rod rope and cabling activities, and traffic management set-up.

Your day to day will include:

  • Excavating in the highways and complying with NRSWA Code of Practise 1991 and HSG47
  • Manage your daily work through the company issue mobile device, ensuring the process is followed through to completion of the job task, before leaving the task location.
  • Ensure that you set the standard in completing and ensuring all necessary Compliance documentation is adhered to; i.e. Safety & Quality - (Self-Audit & POWRA).
Who are we looking for?

This role of Site Team Leader is great for you if:


  • Valid NRSWA Street works Operative units 1 to 9 including the Open reach Civil accreditation modules.
  • Risk Assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety practices.
  • Competent in the use of Civil equipment (mini digger, disc cutter, floor saws, etc.)
  • Full Driving Licence
