Tech Affiliate Programme Co-ordinator based in Westminster (UK) Salary up to £31,000
This is a great role, working with some of the world's leading technology providers and thought leaders in the real estate and built environment sectors.
We are looking for a Programme Co-ordinator to provide day to day planning and co-ordination of the Programme, and support the growth and administration of the Programme globally. The RICS Tech Affiliate Programme is a global community of data and technology solutions providers committed to the promotion and adoption of RICS professional standards.
You will have primary responsibility for the day to day administration of the Programme which will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for enquiries from both current and prospective participants. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective Affiliates.
- Administration of the sign up process (including contract and invoice administration and CRM updates)
- Assist in the production of core Programme information and materials and communications
- Working with internal teams to manage social media and web presence
- Support Tech Affiliate Team on logistics for Tech Affiliate events
- Contribute to the overall future strategy of the Program and building the profile of the Program both internally and externally.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in account management or programme co-ordination role.
- Demonstrable ability to build successful and productive working relationships with multi-disciplinary teams and other stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be outgoing and possess excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Experience using CRM and Microsoft Office
