This is an exciting opportunity to join Kier Utilities, working in partnership with Anglian Water and Clancy Docwra within the Utility Drawings team.
Utility Drawing is at the heart of our operations. As Utility Drawings Administrator, you will be producing utility drawings, whilst crucially meeting key business performance targets and ensuring excellent customer service. You'll need to be a point of contact for gangs onsite via phone and email, who are having issues with plans and you will be dealing with them as necessary (investigate, redo or re-upload plans as needed).
This position requires regular participation in a standby rota, which includes nights and weekends. You wouldn't need to be actively working, but available on the phone with immediate access to your computer.
What do we need from you?
The role is home based, with occasional travel to your local office in Sproughton for office meetings and training, so this must be commutable. It is essential you are able to work from home with a reliable internet connection with a good speed so you are able to answer phone calls when on standby.
Additionally, you will hold excellent IT skills, attention to detail and communication skills. Previous experience in a fast-paced role along with strong prioritisation and decision-making skills will stand you in great stead to be successful for the role.
