Kier Regional Civils are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join our team on the Environment Agency Collaborative Delivery Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Administrator working on variety of sites, you will have the responsibility in delivering administrative skills by receipting of delivery notes, goods received records and the on/off hiring of plant and equipment. You will assist with collating and delivering information and evidence for the Civil Engineering Environment and Quality Assessment (CEEQUAL) & Considerate Constructors Schemes. You will be required to maintain the site document management system and attend any meetings as required.
What do we need from you?
You'll have demonstrable relevant administrative experience along with good communication skills and organisational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft software include Word and Excel is beneficial as well as having an efficient and professional approach. You will be able to work individually and as part as a team but also willing to travel to establish relationships with stakeholders within the business.
