Delivery Co-ordinator


Purpose of the Role

The Scottish Waste Water Alliance, based in central Scotland is looking to recruit a Delivery Co-ordinator working alongside the Delivery Support Assistant and Delivery Manager.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the following tasks:


Key Responsibilities:
  • To work as part of the direct delivery team ensuring work is processed and planned to ensure first time delivery
  • Administer Symology to facilitate delivery and minimise fixed penalties
  • Ensure strong working relationships with our existing and new supply chain partners
  • Capture and log all progress of work onto IMS
  • Ensure the timeous preparation of work packs
  • Communication with the Customer and Stakeholders regarding arrangements and progress
  • Log all work presented by Scottish Water onto IMS within one working day
  • Follow the Health & Safety Criteria in accordance with Kier's SHEM's
  • Assist the Delivery Support Assistant in completing all relevant work within the delivery model
  • Work with Delivery Manager and Commercial to ensure all value is captured on IMS
  • Other duties required by the Delivery Support Assistant and Delivery Manager
