Kier Regional Civils are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator to provide technical support to the Regional Civils HS2 Operational team, and interfacing with Regional Civils Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting Technical Administrator role, you'll report into and take direction from the Site Operational team members. You'll oversee the management of inductions for new starters to upload onto the system. You'll manage documents posted to EKFB via BIM extra and Compile diary sheets/site records for upload onto the SharePoint platform. You'll liaise with the FSSC to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with the Prompt Payment policies. You'll also act as a process mentor on the ERP system, keeping up to date with system changes and identifying were improvements can be made.
What do we need from you?
An efficient, professional and strong communicator with demonstrable experience working within the construction industry and experience of using the BIM extra platform. You'll also have previous experience with Causeway and using ECM. You'll work well individually and as part of a team and have strong IT skills, particularly with Excel and Adobe. Must be willing to travel to build relationships with site team members. Previous experience of onboarding and managing training records is desirable.
