We are Kier, one of the UK's leading Construction and Infrastructure service, working on projects such as Hinkley Point C and Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. We are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join our Infrastructure - Major Projects team to provide administration and receptionist support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting Technical Administrator role, you'll work with the operational team to identify main issues of concern with invoices in query and work closely with the Finance Shared Service Centre, in order to prioritise workload. You'll input Goods Received, Plant Hire tickets received and Waste Off Site tickets on site and maintain files and liaise with the procurement team if Purchase Orders need amending. In addition, you'll challenge the operational team on unresolved issues and identify the root cause of the issue and challenge information presented if there is any doubt that acceptance will result in Kier issue. General Site Admin involving Microsoft packages is also key requirement to facilitate the essential day to day running of the Project.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you'll have previous administrative experience, be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups). You'll be efficient and have professional approach and ideally you'll be a holder of Fire Marshall and First Aid course.
