Job Title: Technical Administrator
Location: Home based with reporting office Ipswich, Sproughton
Business Area: Kier Utilities- Anglian Water
Contract: Permanent- Part Time, 22.5 hours per week Wednesday to Friday
Salary: Starting salary of £20,000 per annum
We are now recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join our Kier Utilities team, working in our shared services drawing team across our Anglian Water Alliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Utility Drawing is at the heart of our operations and as Technical Administrator you will be producing utility drawings for the operational teams. You will be the main point of contact for our delivery teams on site via phone and email, along with investigating any issues that are raised and re-uploading plans as needed. Meeting our key business performance targets and ensuring excellent customer service are a fundamental aspect of the role.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in the role, you will have excellent attention to detail with great organisational and decision- making skills. The role would suit someone with good IT knowledge and experience in a fast-paced role.
The role does require participation in a standby rota which includes nights and weekends, for which you will be renumerated. The standby doesn't require you to be actively working, but you would need to be available to take calls and have access to your work computer.
