Location: based from the Stoke On Trent office, Fenton - remote working may available
Contract: Full time, permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Electrical and Civils project team, supporting with the administrative functions to ensure the project runs in a timely and organised manner.
Your day to day will include:
- Responsibility for day-to-day administration on site including maintaining the site document management system
- Assisting the Commercial team with the placing of supplier orders, accounting, and commercial administrative functions
- Responsibility for receipt of delivery notes, goods received records and the on/off hiring of plant and equipment.
- Supporting completion reports and associated documentation collation for closing schemes down
This role of Technical Administrator is great for you:
- Have previous administrative experience and are computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Hold good attention to detail with a willingness to challenge information provided
- You'll possess good time management, communication and organisational skills
