We're looking for Technical Administrator to join our Eastern and Midlands procurement team.. Location: Waterbeach. This role can also be based in Nottingham, Witham or Solihull - hybrid working is available, with travel to your allocated office required
Contract: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired,
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
· collating information received from the site teams to draft the contract documents for subcontractors.
· drafting NEC and JCT forms of contract, checking information, formatting documents, issuing orders to subcontractors and ensuring all documents are fully executed.
· You will liaise directly with the site teams, in particular the quantity surveyors.
What are we looking for?
This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if:
· you areproficient in using Microsoft software as this will play a key part in your success in this role, as well as having the ability to produce well-presented, accurate and structured documentation.
· you have good communication skills and critical thinking.
· you have experience of contracts and/or the construction industry.
· you have an understanding of managing a supply chain
