Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire

Contract: Full time, part time and flexible

Responsibilities

As Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the commercial administration team, being the first point of call for all administrative tasks relating to damage to network property.

Your day to day will include:

  • Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with all damage to network property processes
  • Considering safety, health and environment for every task, working to the Kier 5 SHE basics, training and competence, risk assessment for every task, induction for every worker, safe system of work and point of work risk assessment
  • Obtaining damage incident details from operations teams
  • Analysing financial data, preparing estimates for the incident response and permanent works
  • Submitting estimates through the electronic portal to the claims handlers, recording and accurately tracking status of claims, dealing with and responding to queries from claims handlers

    This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if you can:

  • Communicate with a range of stakeholders effectively
  • Demonstrate sound working knowledge of software systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Analyse financial data and show high levels of accuracy & sensitivity around data administration
