We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Kier Professionals Services team based in Bristol. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within Kier Professional Services team. Your role will assist the Engineering Manager with project administration duties, implementing all, Kier Group's policies including those for SHE and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up new projects and tasks on the Replicon timekeeping system
  • Creating new project folders and email folders, and keeping them up to date
  • Liaising with team and clients to ensure commercial information has been issued and received
  • Assisting team to compile document packages and keep Quality Management records up to date
  • Liaising with team to ensure Replicon timesheets are submitted and approved on time each week


What we are looking for?

  • Familiarity with a consulting engineering
  • Digitally literate (familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications essential)
  • Experience in Document Control advantageous
